I have had the privilege of knowing Mr. Abdul Jabbar Naeemi well, both as a friend and a family acquaintance. He is a person of remarkable cheerfulness and sensitivity, always accompanied by a genuine smile. Despite his approachable demeanor, he possesses a robust and insightful character, shaped by his upbringing in a close-knit, religious family that instilled in him values of respect and diligence. Mr. Naeemi is particularly noted for his deep listening skills, especially towards his team, advisors, and colleagues, and is widely recognized for his dedication to humanitarian causes. Since I have known him, Governor Naeemi has fulfilled his duties honestly and sincerely, and it is for these reasons that the public trusted him and often sought his expertise in various areas of governance.<\/p>\n
